- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential security risks in areas where AbbVie employees will be traveling.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive travel security plan to mitigate potential risks and ensure the safety of employees.
- Monitor and track travel alerts and advisories, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee travel.
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to coordinate security measures and support for employee travel.
- Conduct security trainings and provide guidance to employees on best practices for safe travel.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee travel security.
- Proactively identify potential security threats and provide recommendations for risk management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees traveling for business, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Stay up to date on global security trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts related to employee travel.
- Collaborate with other members of the Business Risk Intelligence team to share information and best practices.
- Act as a representative for AbbVie in external meetings and conferences related to travel security.
- Continuously assess and improve the company's travel security policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in relation to travel security operations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Security And Risk Management: A Travel Security Analyst At Abbvie Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Security And Risk Management, Including Geopolitical And Economic Factors That May Impact Business Operations.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Identify Potential Security Threats, Assess Their Potential Impact, And Develop Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Experience In Business Risk Intelligence: A Travel Security Analyst Should Have Prior Experience In Business Risk Intelligence, Including Conducting Threat Assessments, Developing Risk Profiles, And Providing Actionable Intelligence To Support Business Decision Making.
