- Promote and sell AbbVie's urology products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in order to increase awareness and use of our products.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our urology products to healthcare professionals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare professionals regarding our urology products.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and other events to represent AbbVie and promote our products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of sales activities.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the urology market, including key stakeholders and competitors.
- Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, embodying our commitment to improving patient health.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Urology team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Competitive Market.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Medical Sales, Preferably In Urology.
Strong Knowledge Of Urology Products, Disease States, And Treatment Options.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
