  1. Promote and educate healthcare professionals on AbbVie's innovative treatments for psychiatric disorders.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase awareness and usage of AbbVie's products.
  3. Conduct sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
  4. Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in the mental health landscape and effectively communicate this information to healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, representing the company and its products in a positive and professional manner.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  9. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay informed on industry trends and competition.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  12. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth to enhance performance and contribute to the success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Neuroscience, Or Pharmacology.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Specifically In The Psychiatry Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Psychiatry Disorders And Treatment Options, Including Knowledge Of Abbvie's Psychiatry Product Portfolio.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance, Including Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Healthcare Professionals And Influence Prescribing Behaviors.
