Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of AbbVie's psychiatric medications, including their uses, benefits, and potential side effects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the psychiatric market, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and mental health organizations.
Identify and target potential customers and develop strategies to effectively promote AbbVie's medications and increase sales.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and trainings for healthcare professionals to increase their understanding and confidence in AbbVie's medications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in industry conferences and events to network and promote AbbVie's products.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare professionals and patients, providing accurate information and support.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal guidelines, while promoting AbbVie's products.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Psychology, Or Biology.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Previous Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In Psychiatry Or Mental Health.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Psychiatry Medications, Treatment Guidelines, And Disease States.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Competitive Market.
