  1. Promote and educate healthcare professionals on innovative treatments for metabolic disorders.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Utilize strong communication and sales skills to effectively present information and promote AbbVie products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively promoting and selling AbbVie products.
  7. Attend and participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to increase awareness of AbbVie products and foster relationships with healthcare professionals.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify and target key accounts for business growth.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  10. Represent AbbVie in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie and uphold the company's values and mission.
  15. Contribute to team meetings and share insights and best practices with colleagues.
  16. Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
  17. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  18. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  19. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to build and maintain strong relationships.
  20. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Competitive Market.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Sales, Specifically In The Metabolic Disease Area.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Metabolic Diseases, Including Their Pathophysiology, Treatment Options, And Market Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Including Healthcare Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, And Internal Team Members.
