  1. Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and efficacy of our treatments for metabolic disorders.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
  3. Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth in the metabolic disease landscape.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to develop and execute effective strategies.
  5. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver key messages and drive product adoption.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, as well as changes in treatment guidelines, to effectively position our products.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to monitor and track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  10. Represent AbbVie and our products at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  11. Comply with all legal and ethical guidelines and regulations.
  12. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  13. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and resources.
  14. Collaborate with patient advocacy groups to increase disease awareness and support for our products.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Metabolic Diseases And Related Treatment Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Medical Information To Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Healthcare Community.
