  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to promote AbbVie's GI portfolio and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  4. Educate healthcare professionals on AbbVie's GI products and their benefits for patients, utilizing approved promotional materials and compliance guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing programs and initiatives to support brand objectives.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to address potential barriers.
  7. Organize and participate in local and national conferences, symposia, and other events to increase awareness and understanding of AbbVie's GI portfolio.
  8. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business decisions and strategies.
  9. Comply with all legal and ethical standards, including but not limited to, those related to product promotion, adverse event reporting, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
  10. Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge and competitive landscape expertise to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
  12. Represent AbbVie in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, Preferably In The Gi Therapeutic Area

  • Strong Understanding Of The Gi Market And Disease State, Including Knowledge Of Key Competitors And Treatment Options

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Healthcare Professionals

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Competitive Market Environment.
