  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase sales of AbbVie's Dermatology products in the Milwaukee, WI region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in the Dermatology field, including physicians, nurses, and office staff.
  3. Conduct product presentations and provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products to healthcare providers.
  4. Identify and target key decision-makers in the healthcare industry to promote and educate them about AbbVie's Dermatology products.
  5. Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products in the market.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute business plans.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and analyze product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to network and represent AbbVie in the Dermatology community.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  10. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and ensure ethical and compliant business practices.
  11. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge, understanding of the Dermatology market, and selling skills through training and self-study.
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, representing our values and commitment to improving patients' lives.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the Dermatology team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dermatology And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Abbvie's Dermatology Products.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Including Physicians, Nurses, And Office Staff.
