
Specialty Representative, Dermatology

- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and sell AbbVie's dermatology products to healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders in the dermatology field.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track and report on sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dermatology market.
- Plan and execute educational events, meetings, and programs to increase awareness and knowledge of AbbVie's dermatology products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent AbbVie in a positive and professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain a high level of product and disease state knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and answer any questions or concerns.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Continuously assess and evaluate sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Business.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Specifically In Dermatology.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Dermatology Medications And Treatments.
Proven Track Record Of Sales Success, Including Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information.
