  1. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie's dermatology portfolio, effectively communicating the mission and values of the company to healthcare professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of AbbVie's products, including their indications, mechanisms of action, and competitive advantages.
  3. Utilize a consultative selling approach to effectively promote AbbVie's products to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value they bring to patients and the market.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and office staff, to ensure smooth and successful product adoption.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and implement effective promotional strategies and tactics.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges for AbbVie's dermatology portfolio.
  7. Actively participate in meetings, conferences, and other educational events to expand product knowledge and stay informed on relevant topics in the dermatology field.
  8. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics, while effectively managing budget and resources.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as industry standards and codes of conduct.
  10. Represent AbbVie with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally, while always prioritizing the needs of patients and their well-being.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Science.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In Dermatology.
