- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics, while effectively managing budget and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as industry standards and codes of conduct.
- Represent AbbVie with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally, while always prioritizing the needs of patients and their well-being.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In Dermatology.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Dermatology Market, Including Key Competitors, Products, And Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.
