Promote AbbVie's innovative dermatology products to healthcare professionals and key decision makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and brand loyalty.
Utilize market and product knowledge to effectively position AbbVie's dermatology products in the market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Plan and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and market access, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to represent AbbVie and promote our dermatology products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Continuously educate oneself on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to stay informed and compliant.
Represent AbbVie's values and mission to improve the lives of patients in all interactions.
Travel within assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend events.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In A Science-Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceuticals Is Essential For A Specialty Representative, Dermatology Role At Abbvie. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Understanding The Complexities Of Dermatology And Effectively Communicating With Healthcare Professionals.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: Abbvie Is Looking For Experienced Candidates Who Have A Proven Track Record In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In The Dermatology Field. Candidates Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Regulatory Requirements And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Specialty Representative, Dermatology, The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial. Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Build Trust With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Understanding Of Dermatology And Related Diseases: A Thorough Understanding Of Dermatology And Related Diseases Is A Must For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of The Current Market Trends, Treatment Options, And Competitive Landscape. Candidates Should Also Be Able To Understand And Analyze Clinical Trial Data And Effectively Communicate It To Healthcare Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets: Abbvie Is Looking For Driven And Results-Oriented Individuals Who Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
