  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the dermatology market, including key competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
  2. Promote and sell AbbVie's dermatology products to healthcare providers through effective communication and relationship building.
  3. Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  4. Utilize market insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored sales strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
  6. Coordinate and conduct product presentations and in-service training sessions for healthcare providers.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and implement effective tactics and promotional materials.
  8. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to inform business decisions.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and stay updated on the latest developments in dermatology.
  10. Comply with all regulatory and legal guidelines and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Continuously improve product and disease state knowledge to effectively communicate the value of AbbVie's products to healthcare providers.
  12. Represent AbbVie and our products in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  14. Stay updated on industry and company news and developments to effectively respond to customer questions and concerns.
  15. Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceuticals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Dermatology Sales.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dermatology Disease States And Treatment Options.
