Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement operations and delivery of goods and services.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all procurement-related tasks.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Keep accurate records and documentation of procurement activities and provide regular updates to management.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management to support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and customer experience.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Shared Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Systems, Including Experience With Sap Or Other Erp Systems.
Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Implement Process Enhancements To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.
