  1. Develop and implement training programs for AbbVie's Oncology products and therapies.
  2. Design training materials and resources that effectively educate and engage employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
  4. Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires and experienced professionals.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in the oncology field to ensure training materials are relevant and accurate.
  7. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and incorporate them into training materials.
  8. Manage training budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient training programs.
  9. Provide guidance and support to regional training managers to ensure consistency in training delivery across different locations.
  10. Develop and maintain training metrics to track the progress and impact of training programs.
  11. Identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps through targeted training initiatives.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on oncology products and therapies, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
  13. Continuously look for opportunities to improve and enhance training programs and processes.
  14. Represent AbbVie at industry conferences and events related to training and development in the oncology field.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Oncology Training And Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Diverse Audiences, Including Sales Representatives, Marketing Teams, And Medical Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Oncology Landscape, Including Disease States, Treatment Options, And Market Trends.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Training Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
