  1. Accurate and Compliant Coding: Ensure accurate and compliant coding of clinical data to support the development and submission of safe and effective treatments for patients.
  2. Remote Work: Work remotely from home to efficiently and effectively code clinical data, while maintaining open communication with team members and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Knowledge and Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of clinical coding to review and analyze clinical data, and provide recommendations for coding improvements.
  4. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ICD-10 coding guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  5. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of coded data, and identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Medical Writing, to ensure timely and accurate coding of clinical data.
  7. Training and Education: Stay up-to-date with industry coding standards and participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to continuously improve coding knowledge and skills.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of coding best practices.
  9. Data Management: Assist in the maintenance of clinical coding dictionaries and databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  10. Patient Impact: Understand the impact of clinical coding on patient outcomes and contribute to the development of life-changing treatments for patients around the world.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Coding, With A Focus On Complex Or Specialized Coding Areas Such As Oncology, Rare Diseases, Or Biologics.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Icd-10, Cpt, And Hcpcs Coding Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology, With The Ability To Accurately Assign Codes Based On Clinical Documentation.

  • Proficiency In Using Coding Software And Electronic Health Records (Ehrs) For Coding And Documentation Purposes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Review And Interpret Complex Medical Records And Identify Coding Errors Or Discrepancies.
