  1. Perform advanced analytical chemistry experiments and analyses to support drug discovery and development efforts.
  2. Utilize your expertise in analytical techniques, such as HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR, to provide high-quality data and interpretation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists and biologists, to design and execute experiments.
  4. Train and mentor junior scientists in analytical techniques and data analysis.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in analytical chemistry and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in our processes.
  6. Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  7. Analyze and interpret complex data sets and present results to colleagues and project teams.
  8. Communicate project updates, data, and results to management and other stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  10. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and provide technical expertise to support decision-making.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new analytical methods and technologies.
  12. Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams to drive drug discovery and development projects forward.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in analytical chemistry and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Analytical Chemistry Techniques And Methods, Including But Not Limited To Hplc, Gc, Ms, And Nmr.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development And Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Products, Including Method Validation And Stability Testing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Complex Analytical Experiments And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Phd In Analytical Chemistry Or Related Field, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Relevant Industry Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting.
