- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and reviews of processes, products, and systems to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance principles and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure continued compliance.
- Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to findings.
- Support new product development and introduction by conducting risk assessments and providing quality input throughout the process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality management system.
- Communicate quality performance and issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure quality is built into all processes and systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for quality-related deviations, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and practices in all quality assurance activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As International Quality Standards.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Systems And Processes.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
