- Perform quality control testing on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and protocols.
- Utilize various analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy, to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities, including test results, equipment maintenance, and sample information.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during testing, and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and quality assurance, to support product development and process improvement initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and assess laboratory processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control testing.
- Mentor and train junior laboratory analysts on laboratory techniques, procedures, and instrumentation.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Qc Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Uv-Vis.
Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Troubleshooting.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, As Well As Experience With Relevant Software And Computer Systems.
