  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for life-saving medications in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Ensure process efficiency and optimization by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and production, to develop and implement new processes.
  4. Conduct process risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Conduct process validation and qualification studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation and provide training to team members as needed.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into process development and optimization.
  9. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior process engineers.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for process development and implementation.
  11. Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  12. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  13. Participate in project teams and provide technical expertise to support the development and launch of new products.
  14. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Development, Scale-Up, And Optimization Techniques

  • Experience With Process Validation And Regulatory Compliance In A Cgmp Environment

  • Leadership Skills And Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Process Engineers And Technicians.
