- Ensure process efficiency and optimization by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and production, to develop and implement new processes.
- Conduct process risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct process validation and qualification studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and provide training to team members as needed.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Process Development, Scale-Up, And Optimization Techniques
Experience With Process Validation And Regulatory Compliance In A Cgmp Environment
Leadership Skills And Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Process Engineers And Technicians.
