Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis: A Senior Master Data Analyst At Abbvie Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analysis, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Proficiency In Data Manipulation, Cleansing, And Validation.

  • Knowledge Of Master Data Management Systems: Familiarity With Master Data Management (Mdm) Systems, Such As Informatica Mdm Or Sap Mdg, Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mdm Processes And Be Able To Design And Maintain Data Models.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Data Management Team, The Senior Master Data Analyst Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Experience With Data Governance: Abbvie Places A Strong Emphasis On Data Governance, And The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Governance Policies And Procedures.

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: The Senior Master Data Analyst Should Have Advanced Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Identify Data Patterns And Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Improve Data Quality And Integrity. Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Analysis Tools Is Also Required For This Role.
