Knowledge Of Master Data Management Systems: Familiarity With Master Data Management (Mdm) Systems, Such As Informatica Mdm Or Sap Mdg, Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mdm Processes And Be Able To Design And Maintain Data Models.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Data Management Team, The Senior Master Data Analyst Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Experience With Data Governance: Abbvie Places A Strong Emphasis On Data Governance, And The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Governance Policies And Procedures.
