  1. Develop and implement statistical strategies for early oncology development programs
  2. Lead and oversee statistical analyses for clinical trials and other research projects
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design studies and interpret results
  4. Provide expertise and guidance on statistical methodology and study design
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  6. Mentor and train junior statisticians on statistical methods and best practices

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics Or Related Field: A Senior Manager In Early Oncology Statistics At Abbvie Must Possess A Graduate Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Biopharmaceutical Industry: Candidates Must Have At Least 8 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Oncology Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Techniques: A Senior Manager In Early Oncology Statistics Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Techniques, As Well As Experience Applying Them To Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Including Developing Timelines, Budgets, And Resource Allocation.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader, This Role Requires Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead A Team Of Statisticians.
