- Collaborate with senior leadership to align data analytics initiatives with overall business objectives.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Customer Analytics Or A Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, Including Knowledge Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Customer Analytics Strategies, Resulting In Measurable Business Impact.
Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
