  1. Lead and manage the commercial analytics team to ensure high-quality work and achievement of business objectives.
  2. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify key insights and trends in market data, sales data, and other relevant data sources.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth based on insights from data analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide timely and accurate insights.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the company's analytical capabilities.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  8. Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
  9. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all analytics projects.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the commercial analytics team.
  12. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase our analytical capabilities and thought leadership.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for analytics projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Commercial Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Commercial Analytics, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Strategic Insights And Driving Business Growth Through Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Manager Commercial Analytics Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Gather, Analyze, And Interpret Large Datasets. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Techniques To Effectively Communicate Insights To Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Lead And Manage A Team Of Analysts And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Mentoring Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Senior Manager Commercial Analytics Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Guidance To The Commercial Organization, So They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And The Competitive Landscape. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Growth Based On Data Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
