Senior Manager, Clinical Data Systems (IRT)

- Develop and implement Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials.
- Lead the Clinical Data Systems team in the development and maintenance of IRT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IRT systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IRT systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall functionality of IRT systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IRT systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for IRT systems to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for IRT systems.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Train and mentor team members on IRT systems and processes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in IRT systems and incorporate them into the company's processes.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on the progress and performance of IRT systems.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects related to clinical data systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IRT systems for the company and represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, With At Least 5 Years In Interactive Response Technology (Irt) Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes, Regulations, And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.
Proficiency In Irt System Design, Implementation, And Validation, With A Deep Understanding Of System Functionality And Data Structures.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
