In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for our clinical trials.   1. Develop and implement Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials.
  2. Lead the Clinical Data Systems team in the development and maintenance of IRT systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IRT systems.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IRT systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall functionality of IRT systems.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IRT systems.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support for IRT systems to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for IRT systems.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  10. Train and mentor team members on IRT systems and processes.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in IRT systems and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on the progress and performance of IRT systems.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects related to clinical data systems.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on IRT systems for the company and represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, With At Least 5 Years In Interactive Response Technology (Irt) Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes, Regulations, And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proficiency In Irt System Design, Implementation, And Validation, With A Deep Understanding Of System Functionality And Data Structures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
