- Provide strategic legal counsel to business partners on a variety of legal issues related to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements, including those with healthcare providers, vendors, and business partners.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
- Monitor and stay informed of changes in laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry, and proactively advise on potential impact to the company.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including working with external counsel.
- Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration efforts.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and potential legal risks.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in order to provide innovative and effective legal solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of global legal policies and procedures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Pharmaceutical Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations In The Healthcare Industry
Proven Track Record Of Providing Legal Counsel And Support For Complex Business Transactions And Negotiations
