  1. Provide strategic legal counsel to business partners on a variety of legal issues related to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements, including those with healthcare providers, vendors, and business partners.
  4. Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
  6. Monitor and stay informed of changes in laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry, and proactively advise on potential impact to the company.
  7. Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including working with external counsel.
  8. Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration efforts.
  9. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and potential legal risks.
  11. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties.
  12. Take a proactive approach to identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in order to provide innovative and effective legal solutions.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of global legal policies and procedures.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Pharmaceutical Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations In The Healthcare Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Legal Counsel And Support For Complex Business Transactions And Negotiations

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
