Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced medical devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of hardware and software components.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
Create and maintain detailed documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve device performance through testing and troubleshooting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware and software technology.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate project updates and collaborate on solutions.
Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the development process.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards in the development of medical devices.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hardware And Software Design For Medical Devices.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Java.
Experience In Designing And Implementing Embedded Systems And Microcontroller-Based Hardware.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Device Development, Such As Fda Guidelines And Iso Standards.
