  1. Manage and enhance the transportation systems at AbbVie to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing transportation systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize transportation systems and processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Work closely with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of transportation systems.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of transportation systems processes and procedures.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in transportation technology to make informed recommendations for system enhancements.
  9. Lead and support testing and implementation of new transportation system features and upgrades.
  10. Train and educate team members on transportation systems and processes.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to transportation systems.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates and gather feedback on transportation systems.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to transportation and logistics.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within transportation processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve transportation systems to meet changing business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Logistics Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation And Logistics Project Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Transportation Systems, Processes, And Regulations, Including Import/Export Compliance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Business Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
