- Manage and enhance the transportation systems at AbbVie to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing transportation systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize transportation systems and processes.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of transportation systems processes and procedures.

- Lead and support testing and implementation of new transportation system features and upgrades.
- Train and educate team members on transportation systems and processes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to transportation systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates and gather feedback on transportation systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to transportation and logistics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within transportation processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve transportation systems to meet changing business needs.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Logistics Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation And Logistics Project Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Transportation Systems, Processes, And Regulations, Including Import/Export Compliance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Business Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
