Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track program performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient assistance programs.
Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient assistance programs and make recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patient access to medications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on the team.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.
Act as a subject matter expert on patient assistance programs and provide support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to patient assistance programs and ensure timely and successful execution.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the Copay Enablement program.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analysis and reporting.
