  1. Conduct research and experiments to develop and optimize novel drug candidates.
  2. Utilize expertise in pharmacokinetics to ensure the safe and effective delivery of products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute pharmacokinetic studies.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from pharmacokinetic studies to inform drug development decisions.
  5. Develop and implement pharmacokinetic models and simulations to support drug development.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into work.
  7. Write and review scientific reports, protocols, and regulatory documents.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to pharmacokinetics.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
  10. Contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials and provide pharmacokinetic expertise.
  11. Participate in the evaluation and selection of external vendors for pharmacokinetic studies.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on pharmacokinetic principles and techniques.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the pharmacokinetics team.
  14. Proactively identify and solve challenges in drug development related to pharmacokinetics.
  15. Represent AbbVie at scientific conferences and meetings to present research and stay informed on industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacokinetics Or A Related Field, Such As Pharmacology Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacokinetic Data Analysis And Interpretation In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Phoenix Winnonlin, Nonmem, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Metabolism And Pharmacokinetic Principles, Including Adme (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, And Excretion).

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
