- Develop and optimize imaging assays for drug screening to support the discovery of new therapies.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to evaluate the performance and relevance of new assays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize drug discovery targets.
- Utilize scientific knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve existing assays.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and technologies in the field of drug discovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and protocols.
- Communicate results and findings to team members and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development and execution of project plans to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other scientists and external partners to advance drug discovery projects.

Advanced Degree In Biological Sciences: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Pharmacology Is Required. A Phd Is Preferred.
Experience In Assay Development: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-5 Years Of Experience In Assay Development, Preferably In The Area Of Screening Biology And Imaging.
Strong Knowledge Of Imaging Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Imaging Technologies Such As Confocal Microscopy, High-Content Imaging, And Flow Cytometry.
Demonstrated Ability To Work In A Team: The Role Requires Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Therefore, Strong Team-Oriented Skills And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment Are Essential.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And The Ability To Present Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
