  1. Conduct analytical testing and provide accurate and reliable data for drug development projects.
  2. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to characterize and assess the quality of drug substances and drug products.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods, instrumentation, and processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate analytical methods for new drug candidates.
  5. Participate in the planning, execution, and interpretation of experiments to support drug development activities.
  6. Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate results to project teams and management.
  7. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Keep up-to-date with scientific literature and industry trends to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
  9. Train and mentor junior scientists in analytical techniques and laboratory procedures.
  10. Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and participate in regulatory inspections as needed.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  12. Participate in scientific conferences and represent AbbVie in the scientific community.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to ethics and compliance.
  14. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Analytical Chemistry Or A Related Field, With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Analytical Techniques, Including Hplc, Gc, Lc-Ms, And Nmr.

  • Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Troubleshooting For A Variety Of Drug Substances And Drug Products.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, As Well As The Ability To Present Findings To Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Working Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, With Excellent Communication And Time Management Skills.
