  1. Conduct analytical testing and analysis of drug candidates to ensure quality, safety, and efficacy.
  2. Develop and validate analytical methods for the characterization and quantification of drug compounds.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  4. Interpret and report data accurately and effectively to support decision-making within the research and development team.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists to understand project goals and timelines.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytical chemistry to inform and improve processes and techniques within the department.
  7. Maintain thorough and organized records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods and equipment.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  11. Participate in scientific discussions and present findings at team meetings and conferences.
  12. Mentor and train junior scientists and interns in analytical chemistry techniques and methodologies.
  13. Contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents and support the transfer of analytical methods to external partners.
  14. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation Such As Hplc, Gc, Nmr, And Mass Spectrometry.

  • Ability To Design And Execute Experiments, Analyze And Interpret Data, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
