  1. Lead and oversee the development of innovative therapies in the field of Oncology Early Development.
  2. Provide scientific expertise and guidance in the design and execution of clinical trials for new cancer treatments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical development plans.
  4. Utilize your deep understanding of oncology to identify potential targets and biomarkers for new treatments.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of oncology and incorporate them into development plans.
  6. Interact with external experts and key opinion leaders to gain insights and incorporate their feedback into development plans.
  7. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials to inform decision-making for drug development.
  8. Prepare and present scientific data and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
  9. Oversee the development and review of clinical study protocols and other study-related documents.
  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
  11. Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to long-term goals and objectives for the oncology portfolio.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as regulatory affairs and medical affairs, to ensure timely and successful submissions and approvals.
  13. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring the ethical conduct of all clinical trials.
  14. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in drug development.
  15. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, building and maintaining relationships within the scientific community.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Oncology, Pharmacology, Or Biotechnology.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development, With A Focus On Early Stage Oncology Drug Development.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Designing And Implementing Clinical Trials, Including Protocol Development, Data Analysis, And Study Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Current Oncology Treatment Landscape, Including Emerging Therapies And Biomarkers.

  • Proven Leadership And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
