  1. Conduct quality control testing on pharmaceutical products using various laboratory techniques and equipment.
  2. Ensure all testing procedures are conducted in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all testing results and communicate any deviations or abnormalities.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing.
  6. Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  8. Stay current with industry developments and regulations related to pharmaceutical testing.
  9. Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians as needed.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.
  11. Act with a high level of integrity and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Environment, Preferably In A Quality Control Or Specialty Testing Role.

  • Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Experience With Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Such As Fda And Ich.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve Technical Issues.

  • Familiarity With Various Laboratory Techniques And Instruments, Including Hplc, Gc, And Uv-Vis Spectrophotometry.
