  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Ensure adherence to project objectives, scope, and timelines by tracking progress and identifying any potential risks or issues.
  3. Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project deliverables and allocate resources accordingly.
  6. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  7. Monitor and report project status, including key performance indicators, to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Remain current on industry trends and best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  14. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Project Management Certification (E.g. Pmp) Is Preferred But Not Required.
