Oversee and manage all data management activities within the organization.
Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and design efficient data collection processes.
Monitor and analyze data quality and identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Lead and mentor data management team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data management processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data management systems.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate data management updates and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and developments in data management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and objectives.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks to data management processes and systems.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Management, Including Data Collection, Organization, Analysis, And Reporting. This Includes Experience With Various Data Management Tools And Techniques Such As Sql, Etl, And Data Warehousing.
Leadership Skills: As A Program Lead, This Individual Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Data Management Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Collaborative And Efficient Work Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Program Lead Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Ensure That They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Setting Deadlines, And Monitoring Progress.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Abbvie Is A Pharmaceutical Company, So The Program Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Data Management, Such As Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Program Lead Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Team Members, Management, And External Partners. Therefore, Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
