  1. Lead and manage the Analytical R&D team's research efforts by setting strategic direction and goals for the development of innovative methods for drug discovery and development.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry to provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  3. Develop and implement analytical methods and techniques to support drug discovery and development projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical methods into drug development processes.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues in analytical workflows and provide solutions to ensure high-quality and accurate data.
  6. Contribute to the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the performance of analytical methods.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytical chemistry to continuously improve processes and methods.
  8. Mentor and develop junior team members by providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  9. Communicate research findings and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all research activities in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  11. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and equipment to enhance the team's capabilities.
  12. Collaborate with other research scientists and departments to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the laboratory.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Act as a representative of the company at scientific conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (Phd Preferred)

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Analytical R&D Within The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Validating Analytical Methods For Drug Substance And Drug Product Characterization

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Analytical Method Development And Validation

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Analytical Scientists.
