Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Research, With A Focus On Drug Discovery And Development.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Research Projects And Teams, With A Strong Publication Record.
Expertise In A Specialized Area Of Drug Discovery, Such As Medicinal Chemistry, Structural Biology, Or Translational Research.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings To Senior Management.
