Assist with project management tasks, such as creating timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members.
Participate in the planning and execution of clinical supply strategies and activities.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to support decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting and procurement of clinical supplies.
Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and systems related to clinical supply management.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Keep up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Biology, Or Supply Chain Management.
Experience In Clinical Supply Or Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
