  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of CoolSculpting in new practices and markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and key opinion leaders within the aesthetic industry.
  3. Identify and target potential new practices and markets for CoolSculpting, and develop customized plans to effectively introduce and promote the treatment.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of CoolSculpting in new practices and markets.
  6. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of CoolSculpting, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their business goals.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  8. Represent AbbVie and CoolSculpting at regional and national conferences and events, and effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to potential customers.
  9. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and utilize this knowledge to differentiate our product and services.
  10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  11. Continuously track and report on key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and business development efforts.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive and professional image of AbbVie and CoolSculpting within the aesthetic industry.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing Within The Medical Aesthetics Industry, With A Focus On Coolsculpting Or Similar Body Contouring Treatments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Revenue Growth In The Medical Aesthetics Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders, Physicians, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Coolsculpting Treatment And Competitive Landscape, Including Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
