- Conduct PBPK modeling studies to support drug development and decision-making processes.
- Utilize expertise in pharmacokinetic modeling to design, develop, and validate PBPK models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify modeling needs and provide solutions.
- Perform simulations and analyses to guide formulation development, dose selection, and clinical trial design.
- Present modeling results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements in PBPK modeling and incorporate into work processes as appropriate.
- Ensure all modeling activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to PBPK modeling.
- Mentor and train junior PBPK modelers to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to the publication of scientific papers and presentations related to PBPK modeling.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all modeling activities.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as CROs, to ensure timely and successful completion of modeling projects.

Advanced Degree In Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Pbpk Modeling Software, Such As Simcyp, Gastroplus, Or Pk-Sim.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Applying Pbpk Modeling To Drug Development Projects, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Adme (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, And Excretion) Principles And Their Application In Pbpk Modeling.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
