Conduct legal research and analysis on various clinical research and development matters.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
Assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements related to clinical research and development.
Maintain and organize legal files and documentation related to clinical research and development.
Communicate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
Provide legal support and guidance to the clinical research and development team.
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to clinical research and development.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Identify and escalate potential legal issues and risks to the appropriate parties.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and initiatives related to clinical research and development, as needed.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the legal team.
Uphold and promote AbbVie's values and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.
Familiarity With Clinical Research And Development Processes, Including Fda Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
