Job Description

At AbbVie, we are looking for a highly motivated Medical Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. We are looking for an individual who is driven, organized, and eager to learn. The Medical Sales Intern is an integral part of AbbVie’s sales team and will develop a deep understanding of our products and services. This individual will be given the opportunity to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to learn the ins and outs of the industry. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Business, Sales, or Marketing. Experience in a customer-facing role and/or sales is also a plus. In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is eager to learn and grow professionally. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of AbbVie products and services.
  2. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to learn the ins and outs of the industry.
  3. Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Assist with customer-facing roles and/or sales.
  7. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  9. Assist with the development of innovative strategies and plans.
  10. Take initiative on marketing campaigns and projects.
