- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Rinvoq, including brand positioning, messaging, and tactical plans, to drive product growth and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, market access, medical affairs, and commercial operations, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify insights and trends that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage the HCP marketing budget and track performance against key metrics to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Lead the development and execution of promotional materials, including digital and print campaigns, to support brand objectives and drive awareness and adoption among HCPs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential risks for the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs to gather insights and support advocacy for the brand.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and localize marketing strategies and materials for the US market.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing initiatives and performance to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in all marketing activities.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members to support their growth and career progression within the organization.
- Contribute to the overall success of the brand and company by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Marketing Campaigns For Specialty Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape, Including Key Stakeholders And Decision-Making Processes.
Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Market Access, And Medical Affairs, To Develop And Execute Strategic Marketing Plans.
