  1. Perform manufacturing processes: Execute the day-to-day production activities as per standard operating procedures and production plans to ensure timely and high-quality production of medicines.
  2. Ensure product quality and compliance: Follow all quality control measures and maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.
  3. Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues: Regularly monitor equipment performance and promptly troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production.
  4. Record keeping and documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of production activities and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
  5. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication for a successful production process.
  6. Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and actively participate in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Maintain a safe work environment: Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
  8. Adhere to company policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, quality, and ethics.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  10. Attend training and development programs: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing processes and procedures.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Technician I At Abbvie Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
