Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products are produced in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow and resources as needed to meet production targets and deadlines.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality and safety.
Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.
Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities, including inventory levels, production rates, and quality control data.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Lean And Six Sigma Principles.
Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines.
