Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biotechnology, Biology, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Biotechnology Setting, With A Focus On Upstream Cell Culture Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Environment.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner To Ensure Production Targets Are Met.
