- Oversee and manage preclinical safety studies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines
- Lead and mentor a team of scientists, providing guidance and support in the execution of preclinical safety studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including toxicologists, pharmacologists, and project managers, to drive the advancement of drug candidates
- Develop and implement preclinical safety strategies for drug development programs
- Review and interpret preclinical safety data and make recommendations for further studies or actions
- Communicate preclinical safety findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

Extensive Experience In Preclinical Safety Assessment: A Manager, Preclinical Safety At Abbvie Should Have A Strong Background In Preclinical Safety Assessment, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Requirements For Preclinical Safety Assessment, Including Ich And Fda Guidelines.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Preclinical Safety Scientists.
