  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation system for the organization.
  2. Ensure that all information in the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to employees.
  3. Identify and address any knowledge gaps within the organization and proactively work to fill them.
  4. Streamline processes related to knowledge sharing and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to gather and organize information for the knowledge base.
  6. Monitor and analyze usage and engagement of the knowledge base and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining the knowledge base and creating new content.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on how to effectively use the knowledge base and documentation.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  11. Act as a liaison between the People Operations team and other departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are accurately documented.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors related to knowledge management and documentation.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in regards to knowledge management and documentation.
  14. Regularly report on the performance and effectiveness of the knowledge base and documentation to senior management.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all employee relations and HR policies and procedures are accurately documented and easily accessible to employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In People Operations, Knowledge Management, Or Documentation Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Content Management Systems.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Effectively.
