Job Description

  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of omnichannel initiatives.
  5. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to stay current on emerging trends in omnichannel marketing.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on omnichannel strategies.
  9. Manage budget and resources to effectively achieve goals and objectives.
  10. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed expectations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in relation to omnichannel marketing efforts.
  12. Continuously monitor and track performance metrics to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  13. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in omnichannel analytics at industry events and conferences.
  14. Stay up-to-date on advancements and best practices in data analysis and apply them to improve omnichannel strategies.
  15. Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure proper data collection and integration for omnichannel analytics.
  16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and tools.
  17. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates and insights on omnichannel analytics efforts.
  18. Act as a champion for customer-centricity and continuously strive to improve the customer experience through data-driven insights.
  19. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may impact the success of omnichannel initiatives.
  20. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving growth and profitability through effective omnichannel analytics strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Omnichannel Marketing And Data Integration Across Various Channels.

  • Demonstrated Experience With Data Mining, Data Visualization, And Predictive Modeling Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
